Oct 8 2004 Updated the FAQ to include a paragraph on color banding

Sep 26 2004 Wrote a little FAQ document. I hope that it answers the most
frequently asked questions and if actually helpful.
Sep 7 2004 min12xxw now uses autoconf to adapt to different OSs and
machines. It does also include replacements for getline
getopt_long library functions. Please note that you have
to configure min12xxw now before you can build it.
