stremio-server for Debian

This package provides the proprietary server.js component for Stremio,
enabling BitTorrent streaming and other advanced streaming features.

To update to newer versions of server.js:
1. Download the new server.js manually (due to Debian Policy prohibiting
network access during builds)
2. Replace the server.js file in the source package
3. Update the version in debian/changelog
4. Rebuild the package

This package follows Debian Policy by including server.js in the source
package rather than downloading it during build. This ensures:
