DESCRIPTION
Scans the specified directory for fonts, adding each one found to the
application-specific set of fonts. Returns FcFalse if the fonts cannot
be added (due to allocation failure). Otherwise returns FcTrue. If con-
fig is NULL, the current configuration is used.
