DESCRIPTION
FcWeightToOpenTypeDouble is the inverse of FcWeightFromOpenType. If
the input is less than FC_WEIGHT_THIN or greater than FC_WEIGHT_EXTRA-
BLACK, returns -1. Otherwise returns a number in the range 1 to 1000.
